I want to register for a team in the Austin Men's Soccer Association or the Austin Coed Soccer Association. How do I get started?

In order to join a team you must first receive an invitation from the captain of the team. Once you get this invitation you will be able to sign in to the website and complete the registration form. All that is required is a valid account. Once you complete your registration you will be able to pay your registration fee by clicking on the 'Pay Now' button on your dashboard.

How do I add a player to my team?

The registration system has changed as of December, 2008. Captains are no longer creating registrations for the players but instead they are sending them invitations to register. From the team detail page, click on the button labeled 'Invite Players'. This will allow you to either select players from your team's network or add new players by submitting their email addresses (comma delimited) in the space provided. You can include a message that will be sent along with the invitaton in the message box. Once you have added all of the emails and selected the players to invite, click on the 'Send Invitation' button. You will receive a copy of the invite in your email box.

My players are having trouble registering...does this site work?

Yes, it works. Below are the steps for inviting and completing an online registration.

1. The captain sends an invitation to the player to register. This creates a secure link.
2. The player received the invitation and clicks on the link to register.
3. If the payer is not logged in (which is most likely the case) they will be asked to login. When they do they will be redirected to the registration page.
• If the player does not have an account they can click on 'create an account' to signup. Once they complete the process they will be given a link to login and register which will take them to the registration page.
4. The player fills out the form and clicks 'Submit Registration'
5. The registration is complete and the player can now click on 'Pay Now' button.
